Situation: client needed assistance with neighbor dispute and condominium liability coverage for damage originating in upstairs plumbing affecting our client’s downstairs bathroom ceiling and walls.
How we fixed it:
- Spoke with HOA and both insurance adjusters on behalf of client to submit documentation of causation, mitigation, and repairs
- Removed wet ceiling drywall, insulation, cleaned, disinfected, and set up dehumidifier, air movers, and air scrubber
- Detached sliding glass doors
- Replaced sound proofing double drywall and insulation, painted, and reset sliding glass doors
