Situation: 20,000 sf commercial lighting showroom had a roof drain fail during rains pouring in through ceiling wetting glue down carpet.
How we fixed it:
- Emergency service call to extract water from carpet, disinfect, and dry with dehumidifiers and air movers during business hours
- Performed asbestos testing then removed and replaced wet drywall, insulation and painted ceiling area around ceiling fans and light fixtures
- Worked directly with business owner to avoid any down time and lost income
