Situation: Upstairs kids bathroom bathtub and sliding glass doors leak onto tile floor through subfloor. Badly water damaged OSB plywood sublfoor, compromised structural integrity with gaping hole.
How we fixed it:
- Detached toilet, bathtub, sliding doors to access subfloor
- Removed floor and tub surround tile, damaged subfloor and replaced with new including framing
- Remodeled with new sliding glass doors, brushed nickel framing, stone tub surround, framed design, accent strip, porcelain floor tiles, bathtub, toilet, L copper supply lines, and brushed nickel plumbing finishes
- Drywall repair, new baseboard, and paint
